    We are committed to providing quality drinkware and excellent customer service. Please review the guidelines below before requesting a return or exchange.

    Returns & Exchanges

    • Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
    • Items must be unused, clean, and in their original packaging with all accessories included.
    • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

    Damaged or Defective Products

    If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of purchase through our email info@digibottles.com or contact us on 0143577600. We will inspect the item and, where applicable, offer a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

    Non-Returnable Items

    The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

    • Products that have been used or damaged after purchase.
    • Customized or personalized drinkware.
    • Clearance or promotional sale items (unless defective).

    Refunds

    Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on the circumstances. Refunds may take 3–7 business days to be completed.
